A small amount, held in a client account, to retain our services.
This is refunded in full from your 'success fee', when we successfully secure a property for you.
 
Success fee
This becomes payable on 'exchange' of contracts, at the greater of a percentage the saving from the asking price or final purchase price. In both instances LESS the initial Deposit.

Alternatively we can customise the fee to suit your circumstances.
