Payments can be made in a number of ways:

Refunds and cancellation policy

We are unable to start your search until payment has been received. It is your statutory right to cancel a search within seven days of our confirmation of receipt of payment. All cancellations must be in writing and be acknowledged as having been received by us. A full refund will be given within 14 days of a cancelletion request, less an adminitration charge of £25.00 (if paying by credit card there is an additional finance charge of £8.00).

 

We will contact you prior to your search commencing and confirm your agreement to proceed. Please note due to the nature of our services it will not be possible to refund any monies once the search commences.
